The first day.

Our chicks arrived via the USPS.  Ike got a phone call from the post office saying they were ready for pick up.  All six of the chicks were alive and doing well.  We immediately gave them some water and put them in the brooder.  Schmitty, our dog, was very curious.  The top picture is the shipping box.  The rest are of the chicks in their temporary home.
